HOW TO TAKE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS:

-
Always place the measurement tape flat and without any tension over the body and keep breathing steady and relaxed. Holding in your belly doesn't count... who are you actually gonna trick?! :-)

-
Ideally someone else is taking your measurements. If you are measuring by yourself, you are risking to twist your body, which could falsify your measurements. Please always stand very straight and let your arms hang loose.

-
For horizontal measurements like bust, waist and hips you have to place the measurement tape all around your body. Please check if the tape is placed completely horizontal and is on the same height in front and back.

(A) BUST: Measure around the widest part of your bust.

(B) WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
(C) HIPS: Measure around the widest part of your hips and bum. Everyone has this part is in a different height. If you are unsure, please move the tape slowly up and down to check how the measurement is changing. Please chose the biggest measurement.

(D) TORSO: Measure vertically around your torso. Hold the beginning of your tape to the side of your neck. From there you direct it through your legs and over your back all the way up to your starting point. Please stand completely straight.

(E) ARM LENGTH: Hold the beginning of your tape to the shoulder bone, where you would normally have your sleeve attached. Slightly bend your arm and direct the tape along the outer arm over the elbow to the wrist.

(F) LEG OUTSEAM: Measure vertically alongside the outer leg. The measurement begins in the height of the
waistline and ends by the ankle.

(G) LEG INSEAM: Hold the beginning of your tape to the crotch and measure vertically alongside the inner leg down to the ankle.
